The Dinner
After the show, you may try the famous Argentine beef and discover its rich, tender taste. The beef is grilled in a typical gaucho barbecue pit.
The "barbecue pit" is a portable iron rectangular construction with a hook on the top to hold the meat and keep it from falling on the ground.
This hook holds the pieces of meat that will be charcoal grilled. Wood chips are used as heating fuel and, according to tradition in the pampas, the dryer the wood and the better the scent, the better the beef.
Having grown beyond its roots in the gaucho culture, barbecue is today the most traditional Argentine meal.
But that is not all. After the show, you can visit a fine winery where the best Argentine wines are made. You may taste these wines over dinner or buy them in gift-wrapped boxes or cases. Admission to the winery is included.
